Seeing this pesky error couple of times in the past, restart of streaming services fixed it in my environment but that was a single NIC environment – for multiple NIC environments check out this posting from the forums
1. Go to Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network Connections
2. Click Alt > Advanced > Advanced Settings
3. On the Adapters and Bindings tab move the Management Interface to the top.
5. Repeat for all PVS servers in the farm.
6. Check your logs.
